1. Operator and scope
These terms govern use of the LouLou website and NINJA Concierge operated by NINJA GROUP in Warsaw, Poland. By using interactive functions, you agree to follow these terms. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Website information
We aim to keep opening hours, event information and venue details accurate, but content may change. A publication is not an offer unless expressly stated. Contact the team when information is important to a planned visit.
4. Reservations and cancellations
Reservations are completed through ChoiceQR or confirmed directly by the venue. A request or concierge message does not guarantee a table until confirmation is issued. The confirmation may contain arrival, deposit, cancellation or no-show conditions that apply to that booking.
5. Concierge and AI assistance
The concierge provides informational assistance and can route requests to the team. Some replies may be generated with AI and can contain errors. Verify critical details in the booking confirmation or with a team member. The concierge does not itself conclude a reservation unless a clear confirmation is issued.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, send unlawful or abusive content, impersonate others, submit false booking data, scrape protected areas or disrupt the service. We may restrict access needed to protect users, staff and systems.
7. Intellectual property
The website design, copy, photographs, logos and other materials are protected by intellectual-property laws and may not be reused commercially without the rights holder’s permission. Sharing an ordinary link to a public page is permitted.
8. External services
ChoiceQR, Instagram and other external websites have their own availability, terms and privacy rules. We are not responsible for an external service outside the part we control.
9. Availability and liability
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control or by relying on unconfirmed information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Complaints and contact
Questions or complaints can be sent through NINJA Concierge. Include the venue, date and enough detail for us to investigate. We will respond through the contact channel provided.
11. Changes and applicable law
The current version is published here and applies from 24 July 2026. Polish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection available under the law of their habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent court under applicable procedural rules.
